Wellness Revival; The African American Business Council (AABC) of the Birmingham Business Alliance is holding a Wellness Revival. This event will include Personal Training, Hula Hooping, Zumba as well as nutrition and stress management. The featured guest is The Guinness World Record Oldest Female Body Builder Ms. Ernestine Shepherd who is 76 years young!
