Summer Enrichment

Summer Enrichment; To show our appreciation to Ms. Willa McNeal for the hours she put in with children at the West End Library in helping them to learn how to read,do math,and phonics. She have been giving her time to our children since 2009 we can't pay her for free time but we can let her no that we LOVE HER and what she is doing for the children. July 31st 5 pm West End Library
