Collegeville Preparation Project Kickoff Rally; The Collegeville Preparation Project will be hosting its inaugural Kickoff Rally. Our keynote speaker will be Mr. Cedric Sparks, Executive Director of Youth Services for the City of Birmingham. The Collegeville Preparation Project is a newly established venture for the youth and young adults, starting with those in the North Birmingham area with expectations of spreading throughout the city. The aspiration of this undertaking is to motivate these young people to make a positive contribution to their own lives and communities through leadership and awareness training. It is our hope that a new generation of inspired leaders, informed activists, and engaged advocates will emerge. Our ultimate goal is to prepare today's people to be the prepared leaders of tomorrow.
