Food Network Chef Aaron McCargo, Jr. Coming to Birmingham With Zesty New Recipes and Tips for No-Salt Cooking for National Kidney Month; Chef Aaron McCargo, Jr., sponsored by Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA), is embarking on a tour of four U.S. cities during March in recognition of National Kidney Month. McCargo – host of the Food Network show “Big Daddy’s House” – will visit FMCNA clinics in each city to meet with dialysis patients and their families to share kidney-friendly cooking tips, food samples and recipes developed in collaboration with FMCNA dietitians.
