Terror in the Stacks: The Haunting of Oneonta Public Library; Oneonta Public Library will have fun for your entire family. We will be hosting our first ever haunted library. Besides converting the library to a spooky haunted house, we will offer children's carnival games, a trunk or treat, and be showing old B horror movies in our parking lot. Everything is free of charge! Children are encouraged to wear their costumes and bring their treat bags! October 27th 6 pm - 10 pm Oneonta Public Library
