Coping in Today's World: Psychological First Aid and Resilience for Families, Friends, and Neighbors; The American Red Cross is offering a free workshop designed to help the public increase resilience and build on existing strengths. You’ll also learn how to help children and adults cope with the stress and hardship from the April 27th, 2011 tornadoes. The workshops will be taught by specially trained and licensed counselors. Participants will learn to identify stress symptoms and help others cope with life’s everyday challenges.
Lunch will be provided.
