Fitness N Motion 5K Fun Run/Walk and Fitness Health Fair; Those wishing to participate should arrive 30 minutes prior to event start. Each participant will receive a bag and water bottle. The health fair will conclude the event by providing fitness and health tips, as well as blood pressure checks, chair massage, cholesterol screenings and nutritional checks.
