ALL ABOUT OUR LOVE Debut Album Release Concert; Marquita Anthony hit the national charts in 2008 on XM Satellite Radio singing lead vocals on “After You’ve Prayed About It” by the UAB Gospel Choir, ranking #2 on national charts for several weeks. Additionally, earlier this year Marquita was chosen as a finalist in the John Lennon Alabama Gospel Songwriting Contest. Currently she serves as Minister of Music at CBF Ministries International, under the pastorate of Dr. Jhun Cook. As one of Birmingham’s newest and brightest composers and vocal arrangers, Marquita’s CD and concert will highlight her heart for both contemporary Christian and modern Gospel music. This concert is free and open to the public. Free parking is available in the parking deck adjacent to the CEC building.
