American Heart Association Heart Walk; Thousands of Birmingham area residents are expected to take steps to improve their heart health when they participate in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk. The non-competitive, three-mile walk includes teams of employees from local companies, along with friends and family members of all ages.

Activities begin at 7:30 a.m., the walk starts at 9:00 a.m.
