Blues Extravaganza 2011 Featuring Sugar Blue; ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE TUSCALOOSA TORNADO VICTIMS!!! The Alabama Blues Project is proud to present the annual "Blues Extravaganza" Featuring Grammy Winner Sugar Blue and the Alabama Blues Project student blues musicians. This annual celebration is the culmination of the Alabama Blues Project's after-school Blues Camp program and always features our young students, aged 8 to 18, alongside an outstanding internationally-renowned blues artist. This year's headliner Sugar Blue is a Grammy winner in his own right and has recorded with the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Stevie Wonder and Tuscaloosa's own Johnny Shines The event will feature all blues all night long: • showcasing our budding young Blues Camp musicians' beginner and intermediate bands • featuring our Blues Instructors - including Bruce Andrews, Shar Baby, BJ Reed, Debbie Bond and BJ Miller
