Alabaster Senior Health and Wellness Expo; This event is open to anyone 55 + actively seeking to improve their physical, emotional and mental well being. Shelby Baptist Health System will provide free wellness checks. There will be a variety of local health and wellness providers available to showcase their services/products. There will be door prize give-a-ways.
