Garden City's Homecoming Jubilee; at 9:00 am we will unveil our Historic Marker at the dedication of The Little School House that was built in 1898. Following the dedication, all other events begin at 10:00 am at the Garden Trail Park on Highway 31. Our events for the day include: Car, truck, motorcycle and tractor show; inflatable fun for the kids, face painting, live music, cookie eating contest, interesting demonstrations on honey bees, soap making, hominy making, antique tools, toys and an old cook stove with fresh biscuits, arts and crafts, food and a cemetery tour at 5:00 pm.
