The Washboard has come to Birmingham! The Washboard has been called, "Funny" and “Entertaining”! A story you've probably heard before but with a different twist! The Washboard is the story of nine sisters in 1950's rural Georgia who gather at a creek to wash clothes. As the sisters reflect on their lives, they soon learn "The Washboard" is not only a place to wash their clothes, but a place to heal their souls and wash their troubles away. The Washboard is a poignant testimony of human triumphs over adversity and is a classic story that will be enjoyed by generations to come! "The Washboard" will make its premiere in Birmingham.
