Back to School Prayer Rally; It Takes A Village To Raise a Child Foundation, Parents Against Violence Foundation, and Metro Birmingham Branch NAACP cordially invite you to the "Back to School Prayer Rally 2010-2011" The purpose of the event is to lift up, support and pray for our children, families, nation, community, school administration, teachers and support staff. Our prayer will focus on the student's succes in the classroom, teacher commitment, provision of resources, parental support, overall safety on the the school grounds and during transit, the school superintendent, board of education, our mayor and for the structure of our education system as a whole. This event will also include free food games, give-a-ways, music, live performances by local artist, ministers and friends. If we won't pray for our children, who will?
